Joint Soothing Rub

This salve is inspired by a recipe from Rosemary Gladstar's “Medicinal Herbs” to help with achy joints and creaky bones.  In addition, it is enhanced to include a blend of essential oils that are reported to reduce inflammation and help with arthritis.

It contains organic certified cayenne, olive oil, beeswax, and essential oils of wintergreen, fir needle, frankincense and Myrrh.

Rub a fingerful over achy joint to soothe.

For external use only.  Not to touch delicate body parts such as eyes after use. Wash hands well.
